Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Infor Global HR (GHR) modules.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Infor CloudSuite HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with business users and HR teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Manage system configurations, data maintenance, and workflow updates.
- Work on issue resolution, testing, enhancements, and production support.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and system upgrades.
- Provide training and documentation to HR and IT users.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Global HR (GHR); 10+ years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Infor CloudSuite HCM including Core HR, Organizational Structures, Positions, and Talent modules.
- Experience with at least one full-cycle Infor HCM implementation.
- Proficiency with Infor ION, Configuration Console, and system security setups.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
