  • Unix/Linux command line proficiency

  • SQL/database knowledge (Oracle, Sybase, or SQL Server)

  • Experience using JIRA and ServiceNow

  • Familiarity with ETL processes and job scheduling applications

  • Risk management systems experience for trade booking/resolution

  • Solid analytical background with exposure to math, probability, and statistics

  • Exposure to Murex, Calypso, or similar trading systems

  • Experience with Bloomberg

  • Advanced Excel skills (preferred)

  • Experience working with production support runbooks and documentation

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize issues effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with technical teams and traders

  • Process improvement mindset and drive for system enhancements/automation

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing desk operations and new products
