Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Administrator to support and maintain a hybrid environment of Windows 11 and macOS devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and managing system configurations using modern endpoint management and collaboration tools. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to support end-users efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and administration for Windows 11 and macOS systems across the organization.

Deploy, configure, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra, and JAMF.

Manage remote support sessions via LogMeIn and resolve end-user issues promptly.

Maintain backup and data protection systems with Druva.

Support and troubleshoot Logitech Teams Devices (RallyBar) and other meeting room technologies.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance, device security, and policy enforcement.

Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps using JIRA and Confluence.

Monitor device health, software updates, and patch management for both Windows and Mac environments.

Provide proactive recommendations for improving system performance and user experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Desktop Administrator, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.

Hands-on experience managing Windows 11 and macOS environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and JAMF for device deployment and policy management.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) for identity and access management.

Experience with LogMeIn, Druva, and Teams hardware support (Logitech RallyBar preferred).

Strong understanding of IT ticketing and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Apple Certified Support Professional, or equivalent.

Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation and system management.

Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams.
