IT Delivery Manager

firstPRO inc. is looking for an IT Delivery Manager for our client in King of Prussia, PA.

This is a full time direct hire opportunity.

4 days on site.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction and implementation of technical solutions within Infrastructure & Operations
• Drive projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing IT service delivery
• Remain at the forefront of emerging technologies, strategically integrating them into organizational frameworks as needed.
• Forge collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across core departments.
• Own vendor relationships, negotiating and managing service management agreements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of technical experience
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, etc.), Oracle, Microsoft, asset management, software distribution and help desk services
• Background leading teams
• Financial management skills in the areas of budget, cost control and cost reduction measures
• Project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
