RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Business Analyst in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Translate business processes, policies, and requirements into clear technical specifications
* Support system adoption through change management, including user communications, role-based training, and knowledge base development
* Manage service delivery operations by triaging tickets, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring quality resolution and enhancements
* Oversee implementation activities such as minor enhancements, vendor patches, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
* Document requirements using standard templates and processes
* Conduct integration and user testing to support quality assurance and change management
* Deliver application training to help users understand system functionality and use self-service reporting tools
* Provide Level II production support, escalating to vendors only when necessary
* Collaborate with governance teams to triage enhancement vs. support requests and analyze service trends
* Manage change management for new development requests and support adoption across stakeholder groups
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
* PMP, IIBA, or Prosci Change Management certification preferred
* Salesforce System Administrator certification highly desirable
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis, IT service delivery, or system implementation with strong knowledge of analysis and design standards
* Proven experience in change management and increasing user adoption of new systems
* Working knowledge of Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and admin configuration is highly desirable
* Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus
* Skilled in Jira or similar agile project tools, including ticket creation and reporting
* Strong facilitation and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders
* Track record of delivering clear, high-quality requirements that support scalable, maintainable solutions
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Teams
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while leading project teams
* Highly analytical and self-motivated, with the ability to identify issues, document findings, and recommend solutions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
