Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to uncover insights that support business decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, create dashboards, and generate reports that help the organization track performance and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs.

  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings.

  • Automate reporting processes where possible.

  • Support A/B testing and experimental analysis.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 1 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Experience with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills to explain data insights clearly.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
