Job Details

We are seeking a talented Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on advanced robotics systems and contribute to cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize robot motion control systems through advanced controller tuning.
  • Establish robust testing frameworks and design automated validation routines.
  • Implement standardized processes for controller performance evaluation.
  • Create automated test suites and analyze system responses.
  • Document testing methodologies and troubleshoot complex control issues using data-driven approaches.

Skills

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Controls, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in classical controls, linear systems, and applied dynamics.
  • Experience developing and tuning control algorithms on physical hardware.
  • Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or similar tools for modeling and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and embedded control systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with real-time control systems and motion planning.
  • Ability to establish robust testing frameworks and automated validation routines.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and troubleshoot control systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
