Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize robot motion control systems through advanced controller tuning.
- Establish robust testing frameworks and design automated validation routines.
- Implement standardized processes for controller performance evaluation.
- Create automated test suites and analyze system responses.
- Document testing methodologies and troubleshoot complex control issues using data-driven approaches.
Skills
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Controls, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in classical controls, linear systems, and applied dynamics.
- Experience developing and tuning control algorithms on physical hardware.
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or similar tools for modeling and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and embedded control systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with real-time control systems and motion planning.
- Ability to establish robust testing frameworks and automated validation routines.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and troubleshoot control systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
