Job Details
  • Design, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes for electronic assembly
  • Implement lean manufacturing and troubleshoot process inefficiencies
  • Develop clear, operator-ready work instructions and routings in QAD
  • Handle setup, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment
  • Manage vendor relations and ensure compliance with IPC, ISO, and ESD standards
  • Lead efforts in equipment maintenance, thermal profiling, and operator training

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
  • 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, including SMT and PCBA
  • Certification in IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001
  • Deep knowledge of wave soldering, electro-mechanical assembly, and QAD ERP
  • Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and ESD/Safety standards
