Job Details
- Design, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes for electronic assembly
- Implement lean manufacturing and troubleshoot process inefficiencies
- Develop clear, operator-ready work instructions and routings in QAD
- Handle setup, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment
- Manage vendor relations and ensure compliance with IPC, ISO, and ESD standards
- Lead efforts in equipment maintenance, thermal profiling, and operator training
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
- 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, including SMT and PCBA
- Certification in IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001
- Deep knowledge of wave soldering, electro-mechanical assembly, and QAD ERP
- Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and ESD/Safety standards
