Project Manager - QTC/Zuora

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER OR ARCHITECT LEVEL resource to lead a huge enterprise wide Quote to Cash project utilizing Zuora. Candidates can come from any large enterprise but must be focused on financial risk and compliance.

Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager or Architect with extensive experience in project management, Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process design, and Zuora platform implementation. This role is critical in defining and documenting a scalable, end-to-end process flow across sales, operations, and billing functions. The ideal candidate excels in cross-functional collaboration, systems thinking, and detailed documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage QTC process improvement projects from initiation through execution and closure.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to define business requirements and align on process enhancements.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive overarching QTC process flow that spans quote creation to revenue recognition.
Document roles and responsibilities for each function involved in the QTC lifecycle.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Zuora, ensuring best practices are followed during process design and system integration.
Identify inefficiencies, dependencies, and risks across current processes and propose solutions.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Provide regular updates and status reports to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications:
10++ years of project management experience in SaaS, Finance, or Technology industries.
Proven experience with end-to-end QTC processes and working knowledge of industry-standard tools (Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora, NetSuite, etc.).
Strong working knowledge of Zuora including product catalog, subscriptions, invoicing, and revenue modules.
Demonstrated ability to design and document complex business processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
