Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect
Job Summary
Qualified candidates will work on Oracle Cloud HCM (Learning and Talent management) implementations. This position s primary function is to provide applications and solutions consulting to the customer and project team by understanding, analyzing and translating those requirements to enhance, support and facilitate effective solutions through either configuration or team development.
Responsibilities:
Strong experience with Oracle SaaS Applications.
Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
Acting in a client facing role to determine business requirements.
Identifying how the Oracle Cloud HCM solution can be best utilized to meet client requirements.
Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications.
Supporting configuration, testing, training, data migration and change management workstreams.
Project management or team lead of large Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
Be the design lead of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations for the modules in your expertise.
Shape Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to help our clients solve complex situations.
Deliver also advisory services in broader technology-enabled business change (integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, or program diagnostics and recovery).
Deliver advisory services to the most innovative client organizations.
Building and maintaining client relationships Qualifications
Skills:
Strong Aerospace and Defense/Industrial Complex manufacturing experience with Oracle SaaS Applications specifically Talent Management and Learning
8-10 Year experience in complex Oracle HCM Implementations.
+5 years experience in designing and/or implementing Oracle Cloud HCM (in lead roles).
Certified in two or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules listed above.
Strong communication and leading skills.
Understanding of Planning Business Processes.
This role will require experience in pre-sales solutioning as well as the ability to lead a project team through the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree
12 to 15 years of experiences in the IT profession
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM applications
At-least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation of SAAS HCM modules
Seeking highly motivated professionals with excellent personal and communication skills and strong experience with the Oracle Cloud HCM applications
