Job description
Support Developer position involves:
- analysing and diagnosing incoming cases;
- debugging server-side, client-side code, and database queries;
- conducting comprehensive testing of the solution;
- providing development consultations, including phone support;
- handling feedback on cases and escalations efficiently;
- analysing the performance of all system components;
- resolving the issue or preparing a description for product developers.
Candidate Expectations:
- proficient in JavaScript at an intermediate level;
- proficient in C# at an intermediate level;
- proficient in SQL (T-SQL) at an intermediate level;
- experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle and Postgres databases;
- extensive background in web application development;
- skilled in developing integrations between web applications;
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
- exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication;
- strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
- the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively;
- English level Upper-intermediate or higher.
