Job Description:

Objectives
1. Evaluate the current configuration and performance of NetScout InfiniStreamNG.
2. Identify any operational inefficiencies, gaps in configuration, or performance bottlenecks.
3. Assess the suitability and readiness for voice analysis, particularly SIP/RTP monitoring.
4. Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions for [Customer's Company Name] personnel on NetScout InfiniStreamNG, focusing on best practices and configuration optimization.

Services
1. Current State Assessment:
a. Review of existing Netscout InfiniStreamNG setup.
b. Performance analysis and capacity planning review.
c. Configuration audit and validation against industry best practices.
2. Voice Analysis Readiness:
a. Evaluation of readiness for voice analysis capabilities, with a focus on SIP/RTP monitoring.
b. Recommendations for infrastructure adjustments, if necessary, to support voice analysis requirements.
3. On-the-Job Training (OJT):
a. Development and delivery of tailored training sessions on Netscout InfiniStreamNG.
b. Hands-on guidance for personnel to enhance their understanding and utilization of the platform.
