Salesforce FSM Lead Remote | Contract to Hire

Location: Washington, WA (Remote)


<>About the Role</>

We are looking for a Salesforce Field Service Management (FSM) Lead to spearhead end-to-end implementations of Salesforce FSM solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical expertise and leadership skills who can deliver complex projects in an Agile environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive full lifecycle implementation of Salesforce FSM solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and design FSM workflows, service territories, work orders, and mobile workforce management.
  • Configure and customize FSM features: territory management, scheduling policies, dispatcher console, service appointments, and mobile app.
  • Integrate FSM with Service Cloud and third-party systems (including MuleSoft).
  • Develop documentation: solution design, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 12+ years in Salesforce consulting/administration, with 3-4 years in Field Service Management.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Administrator, or Platform App Builder.
  • Strong knowledge of FSM components: territory planning, scheduling policies, optimization techniques, service appointments, and mobile app.
  • Hands-on experience with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder) and basic Apex/Lightning components.
  • Ability to mentor developers and manage technical tasks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Independent and collaborative work style.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Maps, Einstein Analytics, or AI-driven scheduling.
  • Integration expertise: MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Agile/Scrum project experience.
