About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. This role partners closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user-centered experiences across web and mobile applications

  • Translate product requirements and user insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

  • Create intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces aligned with brand and design standards

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle

  • Maintain and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and style guides

  • Advocate for usability, accessibility, and inclusive design best practices

  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into design iterations

  • Ensure design feasibility and quality through collaboration with engineering teams

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and visual design skills

  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

  • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture

  • Experience designing responsive and accessible interfaces

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mobile-first or responsive design strategies

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts

  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

  • Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams
