RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Mobile and Desktop Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
* Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices for new and existing employees
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, both remotely and on-site
* Manage mobile device deployment, updates, and security via MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools
* Support enterprise applications, VPN, email, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Zoom, Teams, Slack)
* Maintain and track IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory and device lifecycle management
* Provide onboarding and offboarding support, including account provisioning, device setup, and data transfers
* Document support processes, solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base
* Collaborate with IT team members on system upgrades, security patches, and technology rollouts
* Ensure adherence to company IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
* 2+ years of experience in a desktop/mobile support role
* Proficient with Windows and macOS environments, mobile operating systems, and basic networking
* Familiarity with MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf, AirWatch)
* Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Apple ACSP) are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
