ServiceNow Techno-functional Expert

Position: ServiceNow Consultant - Techno-functional expert
Location: Santa Jose, CA
Duration: 4 months+
Rate: Competitive/Market

Key Modules: HR and Finance, IT service desk
Roles/Responsibilities:
Meet with business and understand the requirements.
Assess the current Service Now implementation and make recommendations.
Learning the ins-and-outs of integrating our ServiceNow environment with existing enterprise systems with the ability to push and pull data via web services.
Support existing system.
Document all changes and identify any missing documentation and complete them.
Analyze IT spend and resources, implement service-based allocation model, as well as oversee cost reduction programs.
Ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.

Requirement:
Must have done multiple implementations on HR, finance modules (call the modules and versions out when you submit)
Must have implemented and supported Service Now IT service desk.
Must have excellent understanding Service Now modules and integration with other applications.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to communicate with senior management.
Must be able to understand business requirements and implement the same
Must have prior knowledge of assessing service now application, made recommendations and they were implemented.
