Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Full Stack Developer with expertise in React to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking domain, possess full-stack development experience, and be capable of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Candidate are passionate about building secure, reliable banking applications and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Weehawken, NJ is $130k - $145k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using .NET technologies and React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces with React, ensuring excellent user experience.
  • Develop server-side logic, APIs, and integrations using ASP.NET Core or similar frameworks.
  • Implement secure coding practices, adhering to banking industry compliance and security standards.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of code to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Document technical specifications and system architecture for future reference and compliance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices in development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (.NET) full-stack development with a strong portfolio of banking or financial applications.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 5/6+.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience working within banking or financial services domain, understanding of payment processing, compliance, and security standards.
  • Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar RDBMS.
  • Familiar with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
