Description
We are seeking a Network Technician to join our collaborative and fast-paced IT team. This is a net new position designed to support our growing infrastructure needs across multiple sites, including coordination with our global IT team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented problem solver with a strong foundation in desktop support and network management, with also a passion for maintaining secure, efficient systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage network infrastructure (Cisco routers and switches) using Meraki.
Perform daily system checks including:
-Network status
-Access control systems (doors, gates, panels)
-Heating and cooling systems
Respond to and prioritize help desk tickets.
Support and execute special IT projects on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
Collaborate with global IT teams and local stakeholders.
Maintain and document IT policies, procedures, and configurations.
Provide remote support using tools like VNC, TeamViewer, and Remote Desktop.

A Network Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of an organization's network systems. Key responsibilities include:
Designing and installing computer networks, connections, and cabling.
Troubleshooting system failures and identifying roadblocks in the network.
Configuring network devices and ensuring the security of network communications.
Maintaining and repairing hardware, including peripheral devices.
Evaluating network performance to improve the network.
This role is critical for managing LAN/WAN protocols and supporting users with network issues.
An IT Support Technician is responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
Providing technical support across the company, either in person or over the phone.
Setting up accounts for new users and repairing or replacing equipment as necessary.
Additional responsibilities may include documenting incidents and resolutions, assisting customers with recovery issues, and following up on customer interactions.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
