ROLE DESCRIPTION
Access Global Group is seeking an experienced SAP Developer and Administrator with hands-on expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud, FI/CO, SD, FI-CA, and Subscription Billing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in end-to-end development, testing, configuration, integrations, and operational support, with a focus on compliance, process optimization, and user support. This role requires someone adept at translating business requirements into functional solutions, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high-quality, efficient SAP system delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud development, configuration, and administration to meet business requirements.
- Develop, test, and deploy customizations, enhancements, and workflows within SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, FI-CA, Subscription Billing).
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and implement functional SAP solutions.
- Conduct Unit Testing, Functional Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Document configuration, development changes, and process workflows for technical and end-user reference.
- Support ongoing system maintenance, bug fixes, release management, and compliance-related activities.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on SAP configuration, coding standards, and operational best practices.
- Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide hands-on support for end-users and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid and relevant SAP certifications.
- Hands-on SAP Technical Developer with experience across full SAP implementations.
- Proficient in documenting requirements, designing functional specifications, and mapping workflows.
- Experienced in Use Cases, User Stories, Unit Testing, Functional Testing, and UAT.
- Strong recent experience with SAP Public Cloud deployments.
- Solid functional expertise in FI, CO, SD, FI-CA Billing & Invoice Management, Revenue Recognition, and related accounting processes.
- Skilled in Advanced Credit Management, Collections & Disputes, Cash Management, and digital payment integrations.
- Proficient in configuring SAP Subscription Billing for recurring, usage-based, and complex pricing models.
- Flexible in assuming both technical and functional responsibilities as project needs dictate.
- Strong understanding of SAP operational best practices and standards.
- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into actionable use cases and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
