  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team.

    JOB SUMMARY

    This position will be responsible for conducting research, documenting requirements, validating solutions, and delivering training on technology solutions. This role presents an opportunity to enhance information systems, align IT services with business goals, and support the advancement of technological capabilities.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must have Tybera e-flex experience.
    • Knowledge and experience in platform management, system administration/configuration, and technical support.
    • Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
    • Proficient in creating clear and accurate documentation.
    • Demonstrated strength in customer service.
    • Effective at managing time and handling multiple tasks or priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
    • Adept at identifying and solving problems.


    PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Familiarity with court business processes.
    • Background in project management.
    • Experience creating test cases aligned with business requirements and system functionality.
    • Understanding of database principles and concepts.
    • Possession of relevant IT certifications or experience in information systems, business process analysis, and planning.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Research, analyze, and document technology solutions for systems and services.
    • Validate technology solutions to ensure they meet court business needs and comply with established standards.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to information systems.
    • Participate in business process changes and provide expertise on technology- related implications.
    • Develop comprehensive test cases and conduct testing to ensure the successful implementation of systems and integrations.
    • Configure business systems to match court requirements and optimize system performance.
    • Deliver training sessions to staff on newly implemented systems and updates.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
    • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
