Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Program Manager - Lending Transformation for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities:
The Global Lending Operations (GLO) group provides front to back services across the syndicate and secondary lifecycle of loans activity including onboarding, administration, documentation, accounting, and reporting. The Lending Transformation Program (LTP) is a key initiative within GLO and plays an important role in Firm's Transformation efforts through the transformation of the end-to-end wholesale lending process and remediation efforts for loan product processing with a focus on improved processes, controls, and enhanced technology to achieve best-in-class processing capabilities to support our client franchise. LTP is looking for a highly energized, dynamic program governance and reporting lead with knowledge of wholesale lending (preferred) to join the Lending Transformation Program Management and Governance Team. They should have prior experience in coordinating and facilitating program governance activities and status reporting for a large-scale transformation program, including preparation of materials for senior executives and coordination of multiple workstream updates, and be ready to join a fast paced, world leader in the financial services industry.

- Plan, co-ordinate, and execute LTP governance and program reporting activities in a timely manner to meet required deadlines and prepare for key monthly forums (LTP Operating and Steering Committees) including co-ordination and socialization of agenda and materials
- Capture, distribute and track minutes, actions, and program risks & issues, ensuring clear ownership and accountability, and robust closure documentation and evidencing
- Work with the LTP Leadership team to ensure prioritization and execution of critical activities and adherence to program governance policy and procedures
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, workstream leads and key partner functions in Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit
- Develop strong understanding of program objectives and deliverables, act as program SME and be able to flex and adapt to broad range of governance, reporting, and policy requirements.
- Review and challenge program reporting deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and positioning of key information for senior audiences
- Provide support and guidance to LTP workstream teams, forum members and contributors
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency by improving governance and reporting processes e.g. cross workstream communication, co-ordination and quality assurance of inputs and reporting materials. Drive enhancement through partnership with internal stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to Firm's enterprise-wide processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery
- Co-ordinate multiple cross functional teams to achieve required outcomes.
Required Skills:
- 5-8 years' experience in project/program management
- Bachelor's degree/University degree equivalent
- Track record in constructing insightful materials for senior management using advanced PowerPoint and Excel
- Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Ability to drive effective collaboration and stakeholder management
- Strong organizational, leadership and influencing skills
- Proactive, 'no surprises', approach in communicating issues/requests
- Capable of adapting, prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive
Preferred Skills:
- Banking or Finance industry preferred
- Wholesale Lending Experience preferred
