Infor M3 Implementation Specialist, Logistics

You will be a key player on our internal ERP modernization team, engineering the global rollout of Infor's M3 Cloud Edition platform.

• Spearhead the deployment of the M3 Logistics module, serving as the vital link between our business needs and the system's powerful capabilities.
• Architect and optimize core logistics and warehousing processes, leading user workshops and conducting in-depth gap analyses to drive efficiency.
• Translate complex business requirements into elegant functional specifications and system configurations.
• Champion user adoption by developing clear, engaging training materials to empower our teams and build a global community of experts.

• Essential Skills:
  
  
  
  
  • Demonstrated proficiency (ideally 5+ years) in core logistics processes, including order management, procurement, and warehouse/inventory management.
  • Proven experience participating in at least one full life-cycle ERP implementation.
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
    
    
    
    
  
  

• Direct experience with Infor M3 is ** required **.
• Familiarity with Yard Management System (YMS) applications is a plus.
