Business Process Analysis: Analyze current financial, billing, and tax processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and dependencies, and propose optimized solutions for integration with the new SaaS solution.
? Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to capture and document business and technical requirements, including data mapping, transformation rules, workflows, and reporting needs.
? Collaboration with Technical Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, including developers, database administrators, data analysts, and SaaS vendors to design, test, and deploy migration solutions.
? Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between departments and the project team, facilitating clear communication, status updates, and alignment of expectations.
