JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a seasoned OTC AIC (Application Integration Consultant) with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the Order-to-Cash domain, with a deep understanding of business processes, system integration, and solution delivery within SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support OTC process implementations and enhancements in S/4HANA.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and customize SAP OTC modules including Sales Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, and Accounts Receivable.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, SD, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and process alignment.
Provide expert-level support for issue resolution, change requests, and system upgrades.
Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Document functional designs, test cases, and training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP OTC processes.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferably in greenfield or brownfield implementations).
In-depth knowledge of OTC modules: SD, Billing, Credit Management, AR.
Experience in integration with external systems (EDI, CRM, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
SAP certification in S/4HANA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
Exposure to global rollout projects.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to OTC.
