Details-
Key Responsibilities:
1. Functional Support: Provide expert-level functional support for Oracle Financial Cloud applications, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
3. Configuration and Testing: Configure and test Oracle Financial Cloud solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
4. Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, provide training and support, and ensure successful adoption of Oracle Financial Cloud solutions.
5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Oracle Financial Cloud solutions.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Oracle Financial Cloud configurations, customizations, and solutions.
Requirements:
1. Oracle Financial Cloud experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience with Oracle Financial Cloud applications, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
2. Functional expertise: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financial Cloud applications, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
3. Troubleshooting skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
4. Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
5. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical and functional teams.
