Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Hybrid Hartford CT
Contract Duration: 6+ Months (extendable)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Lightning, Apex, and integration expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable Salesforce applications, leading data migrations, and implementing Agentforce in large enterprise engagements.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Flows.
Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring stability and scalability.
Perform data migration activities using Import Wizard and Data Loader.
Develop customized reports, dashboards, and process automation to monitor data quality and integrity.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
Implement Salesforce Agentforce in large-scale environments.
Apply application design patterns and best practices for integration and system development.
Work in Agile/SCRUM teams, managing code versions with GitHub or RTC.
(Preferred) Provide expertise in IVR technologies like Avaya, Cisco, and Chatbot integrations.
Required Skills:
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong knowledge of Aura framework, Lightning Experience, Lightning App Builder, LWC.
Proficiency in Apex, Core Java, JavaScript, and complex integrations.
3 5 years of proven programming experience in enterprise applications.
In-depth functional understanding of Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
Experience working with source control and automation tools.
Must hold a valid Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of IVR technologies (Avaya, Cisco, Chatbot) is a plus.
Strong analytical, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
