Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Architect with proven expertise in SAP Cloud Platform (SAP CP / BTP) and SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance). The role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining robust SAP landscapes and ensuring high system availability, performance, and security in hybrid on-premise/cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture design and technical strategy for SAP systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP/CP, and GRC.
• Design, implement, and manage SAP landscapes (on-premises and cloud/hybrid).
• Perform system installations, upgrades, migrations, and system refreshes (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori, GRC, etc.).
• Architect and implement SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.
• Integrate GRC with various SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Ensure security best practices across SAP platforms including identity management, roles, authorizations, and compliance.
• Set up and manage SAP Cloud Platform (BTP) components and services.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams for system compliance and risk mitigation.
• Maintain high system availability and performance tuning for SAP applications.
• Provide guidance to Basis and technical teams on SAP best practices and innovations.
• Create and maintain architecture and infrastructure documentation.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration with deep expertise in system architecture and design.
• Proven experience in SAP GRC implementation and support (Access Control, Risk Management, Process Control).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform (SAP BTP) and cloud-based architecture.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and NetWeaver platforms.
• Strong experience with SAP security, role design, and compliance.
• Experience in high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and backup strategies.
• Strong understanding of integrations between SAP systems and third-party tools (via SAP PI/PO or CPI).
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• SAP certifications in Basis, GRC, or SAP BTP (preferred).
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and change management processes.
• Knowledge of SSO, Identity Management (IDM), and integration with Active Directory or Azure AD.
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA compliance).
