Job Title: SAP BO Developer

Location: Remote

Visa: USC//H1b

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BO reports, dashboards, and universes (IDT and UDT).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Optimize BO reports for performance and usability.
• Work on BO security setup, user roles, and permissions.
• Migrate and upgrade BO content between different environments.
• Integrate SAP BO with SAP BW, HANA, and other data sources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with reports, universes, and scheduled jobs.
• Document solutions, development standards, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects tools (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, BO Dashboards).
• Strong experience with Universe Design (IDT/UDT).
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating with SAP BW, HANA, or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with SAP BI 4.2/4.3 architecture and administration.
• Experience with BO security, user/group management, and access control.
• Good understanding of data visualization best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in BI Launchpad and Scheduling/Publishing reports.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• SAP BO certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
