Job Description
This West Central Regional Manager reports to
the DV2 Operations and Service Delivery Senior
Manager in the EBS Infrastructure DV2
Directorate. This manager is responsible for the
daily operations, service delivery and
management of Data staff supporting locations
in the region area assigned. This position will
provide leadership to the assigned regional
organization, including resource allocation,
administrative responsibilities, resource
prioritization, and labor planning. This position
will be located at the Waterton, Sunnyvale, or
Deer Creek facility.
Specific Activities Include:
Overall management of administrative tasks
associated with assigned Data personnel
supporting DV2 operations throughout the
Region Coordination and execution of hiring,
work force planning, skill development,
performance assessments, mentoring, merit
planning, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Manages and directs the installation,
implementation, and maintenance of Data, Voice
& Video systems and utilities. Support Technical
Solution Team's effort to satisfy customer
requirements and provide ongoing sustainment
and operations within technology domain and
region.
Participates as Technical Domain representative
in overall governance activities (CAB, TRB, ORB,
etc.). Support Solution Team's efforts to develop
continuous & measurable process efficiency,
automation improvements, and lessons learned
for all technology domains. Coordination and
execution of hiring, work force planning, skill
development, performance assessments,
mentoring, merit planning, and
recognition/disciplinary actions.
Responsible for operation skill planning, training
personnel, and future staffing forecasts. Position
successfully develops and utilizes strong
relationships with all EBS peers supporting the
other regions and technical solution teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Substantiated knowledge of enterprise Data,
Voice & Video technology realms including, but
not limited to: traffic flows, LAN, Voice, Video,
WLAN and WAN technologies
- Professional experience in an IT leadership
position in a large organization
- Proven experience leading an IT Data, Voice &
Video infrastructure team
- Demonstrated effective project management
skills, with the ability to manage multiple
projects and assignments
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with
all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills;
demonstrated leadership skills managing
budgets, schedules and technical resources
- Ability to support a flexible work schedule
- Demonstrated effective virtual teaming skills;
ability to motivate and engage a team
- Ability to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance

-Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE,

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
