Job Details

We are seeking to hire several Oracle EBS / ERP Trainers to join our team working on a new multi-year award we have within a large Federal Gov t Agency in Washington, DC. This role is 100% remote.

 

Being a US Cit is REQUIRED for passing the Security Clearance to work on this program (ability to pass Public Trust at minimum).

 

This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).

 

An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package.

 

Oracle EBS Financials Trainers

 

Role:

  • The Training Design and Developer will support end-to-end training design and development, working with SMEs to understand the training objectives, curriculum and assessments in order to apply dynamic adult learning principles to training courses.
  • This individual will help to execute the development of e-learning self-paced training modules and supporting resources for classroom instruction.
  • Projects can move quickly, following an Agile delivery cycles, so the right individual will be able to transition between multiple responsibilities quickly. Responsibilities may include: documenting training requirements with the client, executing training strategy, designing and developing a variety of training products including e-learning training modules, job aids, videos, classroom materials, etc. Additionally, the developer will support the Learning/Training Lead by designing, developing and deploying the training and performance support materials.

 

Required Skills:

  • Training content development (basic)
  • Change management (basic)
  • Knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360 (basic)
  • Organizational skills to include familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Research skills: Document training requirements and develop

 

Nice to haves:

  • Instructor-led Training (ILT)
  • Training support
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Content authoring tools: Camtasia, SnipIt, SnagIt, etc.
  • Familiarity with 508 Compliant processes
