Job Details
Looking for an AV Technician who has experience troubleshooting the below.
Webex, Google, Teams A/V, and room support. Maybe some cable management.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and support AV systems for conference rooms and meeting spaces
Provide technical support for video conferencing platforms, including:
-Webex
-Google Meet
-Microsoft Teams (A/V systems)
Diagnose and resolve audio, video, and connectivity issues during meetings
Perform basic cable management to maintain clean, organized, and functional setups
Support room setups, equipment testing, and user assistance as needed
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an AV Technician or in a similar technical support role
Strong troubleshooting skills for AV hardware and software
Experience supporting Webex, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams A/V environments
Basic knowledge of cable management best practices
Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multiple conference room configurations
Familiarity with microphones, cameras, displays, and control systems
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues
