Job Details

A globally leading technology company is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of proprietary tools for the Services Localization team. This role involves gathering feature requirements, overseeing sprint planning, and ensuring successful rollout of user-friendly solutions. We re seeking a strategic, detail-oriented professional with strong product management experience, UX expertise, and exceptional communication skills - ready to drive impact in a fast-paced, global environment.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage proprietary tools for the Services Localization team.
  • Gather requirements for scalable, user-friendly features.
  • Review UX designs to ensure usability and alignment with goals.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Engineering Project Managers for sprint planning and prioritization.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features.
  • Communicate product updates clearly to end users.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing products (preferably internal tools or enterprise software solutions), overseeing their lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond.
  • Expertise in human interface design.
  • Strong strategy skills to analyze and prioritize multiple requests according to leadership's goals, as well as managing multiple cross-functional projects with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts related to product management, such as software development, database management, and system integration.
  • Analytical thinking to understand the users' problem and design a holistic solution that aligns with the organization's global vision, strategy and goals.
  • Exceptional integrity, applying high standards to all endeavors, big and small.
  • Extraordinary communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think critically and plan ahead, anticipating problems, opportunities and needs that might arise in the future.
  • Expertise in change management and adoption, collaborating with the Support and Business teams to ensure a smooth rollout of new products and features.

Type: Contract
Duration: 9 months (with a possibility to extend)
Work Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $ 51.00 - $ 66.00 (DOE)
