Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside business leaders and ERP Program Operational Team members to frame business problems, analyze alternatives, and propose functional solutions.
  • Deliver and support IT solutions that meet business requirements and goals while adhering to standards, best practices, and information integrity within the Oracle Fusion environment(s).
  • Interact with various stakeholders to collect and understand client and technical requirements.
  • Identify and document key business drivers.
  • Lead or participate in the development, review, and update of project deliverables such as business cases, business process diagrams, SOPs, and functional requirements.
  • Define and document release-related benefits, outcomes, and measures with ERP Program Operational Team members and business areas.
  • Participate in the development of testing strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure smooth transition into training and deployment.
  • Contribute to the release management process by providing input to the Release Coordinator and operations team.
  • Assist business lines with adoption of new business processes and provide analysis or best practice recommendations as required.
  • Provide analysis and support for systems configuration, integration, reporting, process adoption, automation, and testing.
  • Develop expertise in how the ERP solution works across multiple business domains.
  • Complete required privacy and security training and sign a non-disclosure agreement before the assignment.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement; or a two-year college diploma with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in requirements elicitation, business transformation, process design, and IT solution implementations.
  • 5 years of experience with one or more Oracle Fusion Cloud products: Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Procurement, or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
Should Have:
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud in Human Resources, Procurement, or Finance.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
  • Experience with Oracle Maintenance Cloud (OMC).
  • Experience assessing impacts and risks of customization/configuration in SaaS applications.
  • Experience with ERP solutions in HR, Finance, or Procurement (SaaS implementation experience is a plus).
  • Experience prioritizing assigned activities or tasks effectively.
  • Experience documenting existing and developing new business processes for technical solution implementation.
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating workshops for requirements elicitation.
  • Experience implementing technical solutions in operational business environments.
  • Experience documenting traceable requirements for testing, validation, and evaluation.
  • Experience developing operational procedures, standards, or policies to meet business outcomes.
  • Certification from a recognized business analysis association such as PMI-PBA or IIBA-CBAP.
  • Communication skills in French are an asset.
