**Must be local to either Durham, NC or Westlake, TX to go onsite when needed.**
Our financial services client is looking for a Senior Systems Support Engineer to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $50.00 - $55.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Requirements of the Senior Systems Support Engineer:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with monitoring and management tools and building automation
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, RKS) and container orchestration
- Experience with Windows and Linux Operating systems including patch management and upgrades
- Experience using CI/CD Tools (primarily Jenkins) and the backend code executed by it
- Experience with building and operating highly resilient platforms in Azure/AWS Cloud environments
- Experience in Cloud development (Azure or AWS) using Python, shell scripting, PowerShell etc. and cloud migration skills
