Job Title: Workday Ariba Integration Consultant
Location: remote

Job Summary:
The Workday Ariba Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the integration between Workday Procurement and SAP Ariba platforms.
The role involves understanding business procurement processes, configuring Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Procurement modules, and enabling seamless data flow and process automation between Workday and Ariba to optimize sourcing, purchasing, and supplier collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Workday Ariba integration activities, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze procurement and supplier management requirements.Configure and support Workday Procurement, Spend Management, Supplier, and Purchasing modules.
Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and Ariba using Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, and web services (SOAP/REST).
Ensure accurate and automated data exchange between systems for purchase orders, invoices, suppliers, catalogs, and payments.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation between Workday and Ariba data models.
Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and IT teams to align procurement processes and system dependencies.
Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all Workday-Ariba touchpoints.
Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and ongoing system optimization.
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for integrations and configurations.
Stay current on Workday and Ariba releases, features, and best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
4 10 years of experience in Workday or ERP procurement implementations.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience integrating Workday Procurement with SAP Ariba.
Strong understanding of Workday Procurement, Spend Management, Supplier, and SCM modules.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, and Invoicing.
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and data transformation techniques.
Experience in integration testing, data validation, and troubleshooting complex system issues.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
