We are seeking an experienced Data Operations Lead to manage application production support and data operations across Data Lake and DWH environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ITIL-based support processes and lead cross-functional teams in a high-availability environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead L1, L2, L3 production support for data platforms (Data Lake/DWH).
- Manage SLAs, incident/problem/change processes, and continuous service improvement (CSI).
- Oversee daily operations, including outage coordination and incident triaging.
- Manage and mentor support teams (ETL & BI).
- Coordinate with stakeholders and clients for service delivery reporting (ServiceNow, SLA metrics).
- Drive DR drills and major incident management (MIM).
- Production Support (Data Lake/DWH)
- ITIL Processes & IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Azure Cloud Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse
