We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technology Associate Director to lead HR technology initiatives and drive system transformation projects. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance, manage implementations, and ensure HR systems meet evolving business needs. You will act as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud HCM and related HR technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) modules, including Payroll and Core HR.

  • Manage end-to-end HR technology projects: functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Oversee system maintenance, ensure data integrity, and implement new features/functionality.

  • Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop test plans/scripts.

  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and risk mitigation measures.

  • Provide proactive consultation to stakeholders and maximize the use of system capabilities.

  • Manage a small HR technology team and oversee project deliverables.


Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of HR technology experience, specifically with Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion).

  • Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Core HR, Payroll (U.S.), and Security Console.

  • Proven experience in project management, Agile methodologies, and tools such as JIRA.

  • Strong expertise in HR analytics and reporting, leveraging data for decision-making.

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Charts).

  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing and system integrations.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a regulated industry such as financial services.

  • Knowledge of ADP payroll systems.

  • Familiarity with security controls and compliance processes.


Work Environment

This role follows a hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and one additional day).
