What You Will Do:
  • Support database operations including backups, restores, and monitoring.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of database systems.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and performance tuning tasks.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support tailored to the needs of the project team.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into project databases and systems.
  • Conduct data queries and research to support project analysis and reporting.
  • Generate and format reports to assist in project tracking and decision-making.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to project activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Candidate must pass govt background investigation.

What You Will Need:
  • BA/ BS Degree. Degree can be substituted with 4 additional years of experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in database administration or support.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in administrative support or data coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in data entry and report generation tools (e.g., Excel, Access, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of relational database environments and data query tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Experience with cloud-based database services.
  • Experience with federal government systems.
  • Experience supporting project teams or working in a project-based environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $46,000.00-$76,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
