Location & Work Arrangement

  • City, State: Richmond, Virginia
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Note: Specific onsite frequency will be clarified upon interview.)
  • Contract: This is a Contract position.
  • Mode of Interview: To be determined (Virtual/Online highly likely).

Key Duties and Responsibilities (5+ Years Required)

Requirements Elicitation & Documentation

  • Requirements Leadership: Able to lead requirements-gathering sessions, utilizing techniques such as workshops, interviews, and document analysis to capture detailed business needs.
  • Agile Translation: Able to accurately translate system and business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
  • Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively with agile delivery teams, technical staff, business partners, and vendors.

Quality Assurance & Lifecycle Management

  • UAT Specialization: Proficient in UAT testing and skilled in writing comprehensive UAT test scripts.
  • Requirements Traceability: Able to track requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle to ensure the delivered product meets the initial business intent.
  • Risk Management: Able to identify and document project risks and define appropriate actions to mitigate those risks.

Skills and Tool Proficiency

  • Analytical: Highly analytical; able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems.
  • Tooling: Strong working knowledge of standard industry tools:
    • Project Management/Agile: ADO (Azure DevOps) and JIRA.
    • Documentation: Confluence and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
    • Diagramming: Visio and Draw.io.
    • Reporting: BI tools.
