Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, vet, and develop new products and services for the energy and multifamily markets
- Generate and evaluate new business opportunities based on market trends, customer feedback, and industry expertise
- Create business models and feasibility analyses for product concepts
- Research competitive landscape to support solution positioning and differentiation
- Collaborate with internal teams to secure cross-functional alignment and executive approval
- Develop and support the execution of go-to-market strategies including operations, marketing, and pricing
- Establish and nurture key external partnerships that support product innovation and rollout
Qualifications:
- MBA or master's degree highly preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in product or solution development
- Background in MDU (multi-dwelling unit) markets is required
- Solid understanding of the energy technology sector
- Proven experience in financial modeling, business planning, and bringing products to market
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Comfort working in a dynamic, service-based business environment
