Customer Support Analyst 3 days onsite/week in Columbia, SC

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Customer Support Analyst in the Columbia, SC area. This is an opportunity to join a tight-knit, collaborative team. Excellent communication and documentation skills are a MUST. 3 days onsite/week in Columbia, SC.

Required Qualifications of the Customer Support Analyst:

  • No C2C or Third Parties.
  • Must be comfortable with 3 days ONSITE/WEEK in Columbia, SC.
  • Excellent communication and written / documentation skills are a must.
  • Experience working in contact center highly preferred.
  • Hands-on Information Technology experience in Active Directory is required.

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Analyst:

  • Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries regarding complex products, services, and issues via all channels through which customers are served.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, demonstrates commitment to quality, related to operational and technical support of complex products and/or processes

Work Location: 3 days/week ONSITE IN COLUMBIA, SC.
