Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP HR Business Partner to support the successful implementation and optimization of our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic representative between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring ERP solutions align with organizational goals and HR best practices. This role requires deep knowledge of HR processes, ERP systems (such as Oracle Cloud HCM (preferred) Workday or SAP SuccessFactors), and the ability to drive configuration, testing, and adoption of digital HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for Oracle Cloud HCM system-related initiatives and enhancements.
  • Lead and support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  • Partner with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Ensure Oracle Cloud HCM configurations reflect accurate HR business processes and compliance requirements.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend solutions or system enhancements.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts during system implementations or updates.
  • Monitor system performance and data integrity; assist with troubleshooting and user support.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and business users on Oracle Cloud HCM tools and workflows.
  • Collaborate on reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven HR decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HRIS role with hands-on ERP exposure Oracle Cloud HCM preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions such as employee management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Proven experience working on ERP implementations or major HR system upgrades.
  • Experience working in multi-national or complex matrix organizations.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and data privacy practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast placed, onshore/offshore collaborative environments.
