Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Cisco UCCE
Location: Seattle, WA - 3 days onsite

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions for voice and call routing systems.
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Cisco UCCE to enhance call routing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize system architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to voice and call routing.
  • Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development with a focus on voice and call routing.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cisco UCCE.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of VoIP technologies and protocols.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
