Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Cisco UCCE
Location: Seattle, WA - 3 days onsite
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions for voice and call routing systems.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Cisco UCCE to enhance call routing capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize system architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to voice and call routing.
- Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development with a focus on voice and call routing.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cisco UCCE.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of VoIP technologies and protocols.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
