Position: System Administrator

Location: Stamford, CT (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months+

Job Description:

Must Have experience with 7+ years of experience with Windows Powershell

- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages, including SQL and PowerShell, to develop and automate system processes.
- Knowledge of Windows Server Administration to manage and maintain the ECM infrastructure effectively.
- Experience with related technologies such as Hyland OnBase is advantageous.
Development and Integration: Design and develop solutions within the Nautilus ECM system, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems and workflows.
Customization: Tailor Nautilus modules to align with specific business requirements, enhancing functionalities such as document capture, storage, retrieval, and workflow automation.
System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates or patches to maintain optimal system functionality.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to gather requirements and ensure the ECM system supports organizational objectives.
Training and Support: Provide training sessions for end-users and offer ongoing technical support to ensure efficient use of the system.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient document management solutions.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels and provide clear documentation.
