We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) / Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing technology clients across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
This is a remote position, but the candidate must be local to MA or NH and willing to visit client locations within these states as needed.

As the client-facing representative for Collaborate Solutions, you will be responsible for nurturing strong client relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, and driving account growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing technology clients across MA & NH.

  • Conduct regular onsite client visits to ensure satisfaction, understand needs, and present new service offerings.

  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts to generate additional revenue.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

  • Understand client requirements, challenges, and project needs to propose tailored solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and account updates.

  • Collaborate with internal delivery, recruiting, and leadership teams to ensure service quality and customer retention.

  • Track account activities, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate client records.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and contribute to overall company growth.


Requirements

  • 2 4 years of experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager, Account Manager, or Client Relationship Manager (preferably in IT or technology services).

  • Must be local to Massachusetts or New Hampshire.

  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly to client sites within MA & NH.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.

  • Professional appearance and strong presentation skills for client-facing interactions.

  • Ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Proven track record in revenue growth, upselling, or account expansion.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
