Description
Scrum Master
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite/2 days remote)
Responsible for supporting Lean Agile software development team Scrum master will manage systems analysis, change management, and user engagements on all aspects team deliverables.
Candidate will facilitate business decisions and technology routines, leveraging core program/project management and SDLC tracking tools, including Incident Management in Remedy, Atlassian Jira/Confluence/Horizon, Microsoft Office, etc.
Individual contributor role with stakeholder ownership of sprint planning and scrum ceremony administration. Acts as liaison between business and technology partners for multiple projects. Able to obtain agreements between partners and escalate items, when needed, to ensure execution activities remain on track. Will occasionally represent project materials in various governance and portfolio update forums.
Required Skills
Strong relationship, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong leadership skills a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of Technology Project Management and Scrum Master experience
Expertise in Project Management methodology (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall or Kanban) exercised on medium or large software development projects.
Analytical experience - ability to interpret business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to triage development and production issues.
Understanding of basic Financial and Accounting concepts and core banking functions, processes, and operations.
Scrum Master Certification required. PMP Certification a plus, SAFe certified required
