Job Description: PeopleSoft Developer (PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable & Billing)

Location: Remote(Required local candidate to TX only )
Work Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CT

Position Overview

PeopleSoft Developer 3 with deep expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (Accounts Receivable & Billing modules) to support ERP system integration, development, and data migration. The ideal candidate will excel in ETL processes, legacy system conversions, and third-party system integrations while adhering to SDLC best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 AR & Billing solutions using PeopleTools (PeopleCode, App Engine, SQR, COBOL).
  • Design and implement Integration Broker solutions (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML) for third-party system integrations.
  • Write advanced SQL/PLSQL for Oracle databases and Linux OS scripts for automation.
  • Utilize Application Workflow Engine (AWE) to streamline business processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design documents.
  • Perform data migration (ETL) from legacy systems to PeopleSoft.
  • Collaborate with a large remote team using MS Teams, O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and SharePoint.
  • Support testing, debugging, and documentation efforts.
  • Adhere to Scrum framework (if applicable) and project timelines, including occasional off-hours work.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with:
    • PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 AR & Billing modules.
    • PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, App Engine, COBOL, SQR).
    • Integration Broker (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML).
    • Oracle SQL/PLSQL and Linux scripting.
    • AWE (Application Workflow Engine).
    • Technical documentation and SDLC processes.
  • Proficiency in MS O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
  • Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years in public sector (Federal/State/Local Government).
  • 2+ years with Texas CPA CAPPS Financials or Treasury Offset Program (TOP).
  • Experience with SharePoint, Jira, STAT, or Scrum.
