Project Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join a growing platform team on a long-term contract engagement. This role will focus on building and enhancing applications using App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder, while supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives and delivering scalable service management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize custom applications and platform capabilities using App Engine / App Engine Studio
Configure and enhance core modules including ITSM (HRSD or other modules a plus)
Build workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, UI components, and integrations aligned to business needs
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Perform thorough testing, debugging, environment migrations, and documentation
Troubleshoot platform issues and improve performance and user experience
Stay current on new ServiceNow releases and emerging capabilities, including GenAI, automation, and App Engine innovations

Qualifications
2 5 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong proficiency with:
App Engine / App Engine Studio
Flow Designer
UI Builder
JavaScript, platform configuration, ACLs, and data model
Experience building custom apps or extending out-of-the-box functionality
Working knowledge of ITSM processes and standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an agile delivery environment
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred

Nice to Have
Exposure to GenAI, Virtual Agent, or automation initiatives
Additional module experience (HRSD, CSM, ITAM, etc.)
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM/HRSD Implementer)
