SAP ABAP Developer must have experience in SAP Business Warehouse (BW/BI)

Looking for a SAP ABAP with SAP BI/BW Developer experience.

Minimum of 10 years experience as an SAP ABAP Developer (FI/CA, FI, MD, SD, and GT

Modules) with SAP ECC 6.0 or higher in analyst, design, code, implementation, upgrades, and

maintenance.

Technical Hands-on Leadership Experience implementing SAP S/4 HANA using the Brownfield

approach to upgrade SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4 HANA.

Technical Hands-on Experience with SAP Business Warehouse (BW/BI).

Preferred Knowledge and Hands-on Experience:

Technical Experience in SAP Business Data Toolset (BDT).

Technical Experience in the design and development process of archiving SAP data.

Technical Experience in Application Programming Interface (API) Development with Gateway

Services and newer technology.

Technical Experience in design and development of custom and standard Fiori Applications using

Fiori Elements.

Technical Experience in creation and deployment of SAP Fiori Apps using BAS on BTP to the

S/4HANA System.

Technical Experience in SAP CRM Activity Management and Business Partner Management.

Technical Experience using SAP CRM one order framework Business Add-ins.

Experience working with the SAP ECC Sales and Distribution (SD), Financial (FI) and General

Ledger (GL) modules and other ECC technical environments.

Experience extending SAP standard functionality using ABAP objects and other modern SAP

technologies.

Experience with REST Web Services.

Experience in SAP Portal development and Portal upgrades.

Experience in working on both individual and group projects and share and delegate work.

Experience to setup and facilitate meetings along with follow-up activities.

Experience with ABAP Object-Oriented Programming.

Experience with Adobe Forms, Smartforms, Print Workbench, and SAP Script.

Experience with Web Dynpro ABAP/Java.

Experience with cloud development.

Experience with custom user exits, complex report programming, batch jobs, BADIs, and implicit

and explicit enhancements.

Experience in how to schedule, maintain, and analyze the job performance of batch jobs.

Experience developing custom applications using module pool programming flow logic and

screen painter.

Experience writing performance effective interface and conversion programs handling high data

volumes.

Excellent ABAP SQL skills including complex joins.

Experience gathering and understanding customer requirements and explaining the

requirements.

Experience writing technical specifications and design flows.

Experience analyzing and researching SAP KBAs to find software solutions.

Experience in SAP ABAP debugging, performance analysis using Trace Tools, Runtime Analysis,

Code Inspector, and other similar tools.

Extensive Experience as a Technical Lead Managing IT Projects.

Education/Certifications

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Software

Engineering, or another related field.

Required Duties and Responsibilities:

SAP ABAP Programming Analyst.

Conduct functional specification reviews.

Develop and implement technical specifications, design diagrams, and landscape blueprints.

Create and update external documentation and unit test documents.

Participate in SAP ABAP code reviews.

Develop and maintain SAP modules FI/CA, SD, MD, and BW.

Mentor less experienced SAP ABAP developers.

Design, code, unit test, debug, and implement SAP ABAP applications and work closely with

business analysts.

Work with business analysts to develop functional specifications based on business

requirements.

Work with business analysts to review functional specifications and create technical design

specifications. Provide technical development effort estimates based on functional

specifications and business requirements.
