Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant Location: Raritan, NJ Duration: 12+ Months Role Description

Seeking an experienced Functional CRM Consultant with strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and optimizing CRM solutions based on business needs, while managing requirement gathering, documentation, and collaboration with offshore/onshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to configure and enhance CRM capabilities

  • Write detailed and structured User Stories for development teams

  • Conduct requirement workshops and engage with clients for business analysis

  • Present CRM solution approach, validate requirements, and facilitate alignment discussions

  • Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and PMs to ensure delivery success

  • Maintain functional configuration documentation, process flows and workflows

Required Skills

  • Proven functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (entities, forms, workflows, dashboards)

  • Strong User Story writing & requirement translation skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills

  • Experience working with offshore delivery teams preferred

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems / Business Administration or related

  • Life Sciences domain experience is a plus
